The Wroth is an area control strategy board game that offers a unique gameplay experience for 1 to 4 players, either competitively, cooperatively, or solo. Each player chooses one of the available factions (factions), each with asymmetric abilities and special powers that are used only once per game.
The goal is to dominate the island Wroth by acquiring resources, moving troops, occupying important locations and neutralizing the opponent. Through a clever dice drafting system (dice drafting), players decide their actions each round, while proper troop management and tactical use of elite units are the key to victory.
The game ends when a player reaches 30 victory points or fulfills a scenario objective – depending on the game mode.
The Wroth It is easy to learn (can be taught in 10-15 minutes) and offers speed, strategic thinking and great replayability. It is aimed at both veteran players and those just starting to discover the world of board games.
